While working at BUCK, I was lucky enough to help out on a massive project for WhatsApp spanning the globe between It’s Nice That, BUCK LA and BUCK Sydney. WhatApp wanted to refresh their sticker packs to feel expressive and reflective of current trends in culture.
Working in a multitude of styles, we created an extensive collection of animated loops for distinct packs. The designers and animators were tasked with bringing these stickers to life by conveying a sense of emotion, dimensionality, colour and expressiveness in the motion.
Below are a number of animations that I worked on with the help of some of my colleagues, but as this project was ongoing for over a year, my contributions only scratch the surface.
